Derrick is the Founder/Owner of Sorensen & Company Real Estate. He takes pride in every transaction that he handles, to ensure the client is well represented. Real Estate has been Derricks profession since 1994 when he first received his Sales Agent License. In 2001 Derrick became a Real Estate Broker and opened the Doors of Sorensen & Company Real Estate. He spent 5 years with Resorts West Real Estate in Park City, Utah as the Principal Broker where he gained invaluable information regarding property management, customer service, and home owners associations. While in Park City Derrick served as the Chair for the Professional Development Committee for the Park City Board of Realtors. Needless to say Derrick has a passion for giving back to his profession.

Derrick is Married to Melinda Sorensen and they have 5 Children. Derrick loves spending time with his family and helping coach kids in Volleyball.
